Lifting
1: with the end of the handle is inserted into the slot, the oil return valve in the right direction (clockwise) will tighten the oil return valve.

decline
1: the handle from the handle casing out, insert the handle into the oil valve, slowly to the left hand direction (counterclockwise) to turn the handle, relax back to the oil valve.
2: if there is a load, the handle rotation can not be too fast, and the return valve to loosen a circle is appropriate, so that it is slow down.
